Mr. Arnett is a Consultant and Member of the Board for ECCMA and has over 37 years of experience in codification. He represented the United States and the NATO Support Agency (NSPA) at AC/135 meetings for more than 20 years and is one of the world’s leading authorities on the NATO Codification System. He has provided training and presentations in numerous countries worldwide and published many articles about codification in professional journals. He served as the secretary at all meetings of the Pacific Area Codification Seminar (PACS) from 2004 through 2013.

Principal Consultant with rel-e-vant Solutions, is a strategist, solutions architect, speaker and valuation advocate. She is a recognized mortgage technology veteran in software product leadership for solutions in residential property valuation, loan origination, mortgage servicing and secondary marketing, Green is helping to foster a new level of understanding in property valuation and collateral risk assessment through the application of digital intelligence.
Green serves as the 5th term chairperson of the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO) Property and Valuation Services Workgroup and member of the MISMO Residential Education Committee. Additionally, she is a member of the Collateral Risk Network, the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO), the Open Geospatial Consortium and ECCMA where she leads the committee on Electronic Property Data Standards. Mr. Eales represents ECCMA in the UK and Ireland, and in across various locations in Europe. He is a specialist in MRO materials management with further expertise in CMMS master data for equipment and spare parts. He has experience in a wide range of industries including automotive, FMCG, oil and gas and pharmaceuticals. He has track record of delivering successful projects for maintenance storeroom reorganizations, maintenance system data transition, and cataloguing.

Mr. Daoust has extensive experience in data requirements, data modeling, database design, healthcare electronic data exchange, healthcare standards, particularly Health Level Seven (HL7). Other areas of expertise include requirements and software modeling using UML, business process modeling using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) and the Unified Modeling Language (UML), helping organizations improve their software development processes, and business analysis training.

Mr. Dan Carnahan, P.E. is President of CT 184 Consulting, LLC specializing in automation and control system standards and their application. He has worked on numerous automation & control applications over the last 40 years. He recently retired as Principal Engineer for Rockwell Automation, Advanced Technology. He worked for Rockwell Automation for over 29 years in various program, project management and systems, product, network-related, electronic catalog, and safety standards areas. He has several patents related to industrial automation technologies and applications.
Mr. Carnahan is the Chairman of Combined/ANSI USTAGs for ISO/TC 184 (Automation Systems & Integration), ISO/TC 184/SC 5 ISO/TC 184/SC 05 “Interoperability, integration, and architectures for enterprise systems and automation applications”, and ISO/TC 184/SC 4 “Industrial Data.” He was convener forISO/TC 184/SC 05/WG 07 “Diagnostic and maintenance applications integration” working group engaged in specification standards for interoperability of diagnostics & production systems (ISO 18435). He is currently participating as expert in ISO/TC 184/WG 6 (Oil & Gas Interoperability Project), IEC/TC 65/WG 16 (Digital Factory- IEC 62832), as well USTAG member for IEC/TC 65, SC65B, and SC65E. Previously, he has also participated in other ISO TC184, IEC, ISA, IEEE committees and working groups.
Mr. Carnahan has over 40 years’ experience working in industrial controls and automation, having previously worked for several companies in motion and automation assignments in different roles ranging from development engineering to project management and holds several patents in automation systems and applications. He has a BSEE from Ohio State University and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio. He is a member of NSPE (National Society for Professional Engineers), IEEE (Institute of Electrical & Electronic Engineers), ISA (Instrumentation, Systems, and Automation Society), Cleveland Engineering Society, and SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers).

Mr. Hussein Batayneh is also the founder of Jordanian National Codification Bureau and Establisher of the Codification system in Jordanian Armed Forces. Ms. Daniela Cullari is an ECCMA consultant and Project Manager for a complex, international level codification project, a part of Saudi Arabia’s “Vision 2030” program, providing services in Contract and Budget Management, Document Control, Quality Control and Project Administration for the ECCMA team. Ms.Hui-Yuan “Delphine” Lin has over 18 years of experience in codification. She worked as product and project manager for Contel, a Taiwanese company which provides codification and logistics support solution to the Taiwan Armed Forces and government contractors. As product manager, she became specialized at many software tools used in codification and logistics support analysis. She also helped to translate and develop Chinese interface for software tools in collaboration with business partners. She has long-term experience in marketing software tools and solutions to the defense, aerospace, electronics, and rail industries.

Gary Reese is a results oriented leader who has over 37 years of senior level management and consulting experience in the private sector, including MRO inventory, indirect and technical materials, and administrative and operational management. Gary’s career experience brings major value as he successfully works with organizations to manage their MRO inventory data to optimize their supply chains and their storeroom initiatives. Gary has led data optimization projects for many clients in many different industry verticals. His common sense approach and his broad and varied leadership experience provide a unique advantage to the clients and companies he serves as a senior consultant. His concentration in MRO data optimization included being known as the developer of a two level classification schema with attributes, guidelines and definitions to properly catalog MRO Inventory and Parent Equipment.
