Webinar Description

Digital is not just a buzz, but the opportunity for real transformation. EDI, introduced digitization formatting, traditional documents and it was a great step forward, allowing automation of many administrative tasks such as the reconciliation of purchase orders, delivery notifications and invoices. Digital transformation is much more, an opportunity to revisit the fundamental processes themselves. Understanding how data flows through a business and a how it can be tapped to provide insights for improvement in internal operational efficiencies is an important short term goal, but imagine the ability to monitor the wider ecosystem of the supply chain in real time; this is the role of standards.
