Overview
The ISO 8000 Master Data Quality Manager (MDQM) certification is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage and ensure the quality of master data within their organizations. This course offers a comprehensive understanding of the ISO 8000 standard, focusing on the 100 series related to master data quality, and prepares participants for the MDQM certification exam.
The course incorporates both theoretical instruction and practical exercises, with a strong focus on applying the ISO 8000 standards to real-world scenarios. Participants develop and present a use case based on their organization’s data challenges. This format also includes practical exercises on an online cataloging application and an introduction to ISO 25500 Supply Chain Interoperability and Integration.

The program is structured as two half-day sessions. It provides flexibility to address specific organizational needs.
Certification Exam
Upon course completion, participants can take the ECCMA ISO 8000 MDQM certification exam. This online, multiple-choice test comprises approximately 60 questions. Successful candidates will receive an electronic certificate valid for two years, after which recertification is required.

Registration Process
Access to course materials, the certification exam, and the self-study program requires registration through the ECCMA website. Organizations wishing to include their company name on the certificate must validate it via an International Business Registration Number (IBRN) based on ISO 8000-116.
