ISO 8000 Master Data Quality Manager (MDQM)
ECCMA will certify and register that an individual is a Master Data Quality Manager and has basic knowledge about ISO 8000, ISO 22745, and how the standards can be applied to produce and identify quality data. This certification is based on the 100 series of the standard.

ISO 8000 Quality Data Provider (QDP)
Data Quality Certification for Companies or Government agencies
Recommended for companies or government agencies supplying data to third parties seeking to assure their customers that they can provide data that is unambiguous and formatted in accordance with international standards for quality data.
- Certifies that your company can provide unambiguous data compliant with the relevant parts of ISO 8601, ISO 22745, and ISO 8000 data formatting standards.
The ISO 8000 Quality Data Provider (QDP) certification verifies that a company can provide high-quality data in compliance with ISO 8000 and that the data is free from data lock-in. This certification is crucial for organizations that need to assure their customers that their data is unambiguous and formatted in compliance with international standards. To obtain an ISO 8000 Quality Data Provider (QDP) certificate, the company must submit its data dictionary and a sample of output data. By achieving this certification, companies demonstrate their capability to deliver unambiguous data in the interoperable data format (.idf).

Data Quality Certification for Companies and Government agencies
Master data is a critical business asset that needs to be managed and protected. ISO 8000 quality master data is interoperable data that provides more accurate references and descriptions, and allows the identification of potential duplicate master data records that can significantly reduce the accuracy of analysis and increase operational efficiency: e.g. reduce Inventory; reduce MRO costs; reduce Requisition error.
The ISO 8000 Quality Master Data (QMD) certification is recommended for companies or government agencies seeking independent verification that their master data is free from vendor lock-in and assurance that the data is formatted in accordance with international standards for quality data.

ISO 8000 Data Formatting Verification
In today’s digital, AI-enabled supply chain, your data needs to move as seamlessly as your products. That’s why ISO 8000-114 Interoperable Data Format (.idf) matters.
When your data is formatted in .idf, it becomes portable – ready to be onboarded, shared, and trusted across any application, in any language, and for any business unit. When .idf is used for supply chain transactions, like purchase orders or product item characteristics/specifications, transactions can be automated and enabled by AI technology.
Formatting part numbers as International Part Numbers (IPN), compliant with ISO 8000-115, makes product data easier to manage at lower cost within a Buyer’s ERP or Master Data Management (MDM) systems. It ensures that a part number is a unique and unambiguous and can be verified with the product owner. It is simple to implement (only applies to data, and requires no application changes), makes it easier to exchange data with reduced errors, and makes it easier to validate part numbers before their inclusion in purchase orders or RFPs.
